THE ROOF
HIP ROOF
The roof of the building is a pitched roof made of layers of materials that have proven to be the most optimal in construction and architectural practice.
Above the reinforced concrete slab of the top floor is a polyethylene film as waterproofing, which additionally protects the living space from moisture infiltration.
The superior thermal insulation is made possible by a layer of mineral wool up to 26 cm, which guarantees the living space on the top floor a pleasant climate and saves energy.
Between the pitched roof and the thermal insulation is a roof suction gap which prevents heat transfer from the outside space and the roof finish.
The final layer of the roof covering consists of a plasticized corrugated sheet with secondary waterproofing, characterized by a high load-bearing capacity, very significant in conditions of high snow cover and strong gusts of wind.
FLAT ROOF
The flat roofs of the building are intended for use as roof terraces, built with layers of the highest quality materials. This gives the building an additional residential quality, without endangering the lower housing units from moisture and heat/cold penetration.
The reinforced concrete slab insulation system consists of a bituminous vapor barrier which prevents the penetration of water vapor into the 22 cm high performance combined thermal insulation, above which is further waterproofing in polyethylene sheets.
The drainage of water from the terrace to the drain is ensured by a 4-5 cm drop layer and granite ceramics, resistant to frost and wear, with non-slip properties.

FACADE
FACADE WALL
The basic filling of the facade wall is the Klima block - 20 cm, which meets the strict energy efficiency criteria of the building. As the name suggests, the air conditioning block ensures a pleasant climate in your home under different weather conditions, while saving the energy required for heating/cooling. It also offers excellent sound insulation, which allows for a pleasant life and stay in the living space. Furthermore, the air conditioning block is produced exclusively from natural materials - first quality kaolin clay - without the use of artificial additives, which represents an additional guarantee of permanence in healthy climatic and ecological conditions.
Additional thermal insulation is 10 cm of mineral wool, and the wind layer between it and the final facade cladding significantly reduces heat transfer to the wall during the summer months and prevents the formation of condensation.
The final cladding of the facade consists of fiber cement panels which give the building a contemporary architectural appearance without discolouring or fading, even under prolonged exposure to UV rays. The composition of the material ensures good air circulation, avoiding the formation of mold or fungi. In addition, fiber cement panels are highly resistant to impact, wind, moisture and fire, which classifies them in the highest material category - A1.
